Will my card be charged today?

No. $0 is charged today. The consultation is free. The only time you would be charged is if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Why do you need a card for a free consultation?
Our experts block 30-minute slots and licensed clinical time is limited. Saving a card holds your appointment, lets us send confirmations, and protects everyone on the waitlist if you no-show.
What counts as a no-call/no-show?
A no-show is when you miss your appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedule with one click from your confirmation email anytime up to 24 hours before.
What if I have an emergency?

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans including Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, and TRICARE. Benefits are verified before your appointment. PPO, HMO, and most major plans accepted.

What if you can’t help me?

If our experts cannot help you during your free consultation, we will tell you so up front and refer you to an appropriate resource. You will not be pressured into a Care Plan, prescription, or any service that is not right for you.
