How Does the Process Work?

Accessing our telemedicine services is easy! Just follow these steps:

Complimentary Consultation and Evaluation

Our first step is getting to know you through a comprehensive health history evaluation. By learning about your concerns and goals for treatment, we’ll be able to create your custom care plan.

Step 2

Lab Work and Physical Assessment

Your provider will be able to assist you in scheduling a physical evaluation, as well as any lab work needed.
Panel Fees: Comprehensive – $475

Step 3

Results Review

Following evaluation, you will be connected with a member of our team to review the results of your lab work and physical.

Step 4

Customized Care Delivered to Your Door

Our specialists will use that information obtained to develop your personalized program for treatment. Everything you need will be mailed directly to your door! Your care package includes medications, instructions, guidance, and access to continued support.
