Dr. Jennifer Frangos is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) with more than 15 years of clinical and leadership experience in family and integrative medicine. Rooted in the osteopathic philosophy, Dr. Frangos believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while addressing the root causes of illness through personalized, functional approaches to care. A graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Frangos blends evidence-based medical practices with holistic principles, utilizing lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and thoughtful treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal wellness. Her career includes senior medical leadership roles in nationwide telehealth and occupational health programs, where she has championed accessible, high-quality care for patients. Outside of medicine, Dr. Frangos finds balance and fulfillment in nature as the owner of a horse ranch, where she embraces a lifestyle rooted in connection, movement, and vitality—values that mirror her clinical approach.

There is no limit to how long you can stay on hormone treatments if you are happy with the results. One main purpose of the 8-week follow up with our medical staff is to make sure the prescribed treatments are working well for patients. Our medical staff is always here to continue to follow up and adjust the treatment plan to best meet the patients’ needs long-term.

We believe in giving our patients maximum benefits while simultaneously minimizing overall risk. Therefore, some medications are more effectively and safely absorbed into the skin topically vs. entering the body via capsules or injections.

Our providers will take note of all symptoms, evaluate medical history, run labs, go over the results with you, determine proper treatment, and follow up on results.

Some patients may see improvement in symptoms within a week, while others may take a few months to see results. In general, it is common for patients to see results within 2 weeks.

After the consult, we’ll send you a patient-intake form. Once you complete it, we’ll schedule your telehealth evaluation with our board-certified doctor.
