We work with most major insurance plans for provider visits and lab work. Medication is self-pay, and you’ll know the cost before you start. Copays and deductibles may apply. We don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Your hormones run more of your life than you think.
Energy, sleep, mood, weight, focus, strength. When hormones shift, all of it shifts. It happens to women in perimenopause and menopause, and to men as testosterone drops. It looks different for everyone, which is why we test first.
1. Free call. Talk with our care team. We make sure we’re the right fit, answer your questions, schedule your labs and provider visit, and bill your insurance for them.
2. Labs. Full hormone and metabolic labs, usually billed to insurance. Had labs in the last 6 months? Send them instead.
3. Provider visit. Your provider reviews your results and builds your plan, dosed from your labs. For women, that can include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone (cream or injection).
4. Follow-up. We check how you feel, retest, and adjust your dose.
5. Ongoing. Follow-ups every 3 to 6 months. Add weight loss when you’re ready.
