What is the Clinical Fit Guarantee?
What counts as not being a clinical fit?
Your provider evaluates your symptoms, health history, current medications, lab work, contraindications, and overall medical profile to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.
How are refunds calculated?
Refunds are prorated based on unused Care Plan days remaining at the time of the provider’s determination.
For example, if a patient paid for a 90-day Care Plan and the provider declines treatment after several days, the refund would cover the remaining unused days.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
Does the guarantee cover insurance or medication costs?
No. Insurance coverage, prior authorization decisions, medication pricing, and pharmacy availability are separate from the Clinical Fit Guarantee.
What if I change my mind after enrolling?
The guarantee applies only to provider-determined clinical fit. It does not cover change of mind, dissatisfaction with recommendations, or preference for a different treatment approach.
