After visiting the lab, your results will be reviewed by one of our expert providers. You’ll receive your results within 5-7 business days, along with personalized feedback and recommendations on the next steps.
What happens if my results show something concerning?
If anything unusual or concerning appears in your results, our healthcare providers will work with you to understand the findings. We’ll guide you through any necessary next steps, whether it’s adjusting lifestyle factors, further testing, or exploring treatment options.
Can I pay with insurance?
At this time, we do not process insurance payments for lab tests ordered through our platform. However, our pricing is designed to be affordable for the comprehensive panels we offer. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Where do I go to get the lab work done?
Once you order a panel, we’ll provide you with a lab order. You can then take this to one of our trusted partner labs near you for a quick and easy blood draw.
How private and secure are my test results?
We take your privacy seriously. Your test results are kept confidential and are only shared with you and the healthcare providers reviewing your information. We use secure, encrypted systems to ensure your data is protected.
Can I speak with a healthcare provider about my results?
Absolutely. Once your results are in, one of our providers will review them and provide personalized insights. If you have any questions or need further explanation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss them during your consultation.
