What Happens After My Consult?
After the consult, we’ll send you a patient-intake form. Once you complete it, we’ll schedule your telehealth evaluation with our board-certified doctor. However, you are under no obligation to move forward. Our medical team is only here to support you if you wish to receive bioidentical hormone therapy via telemedicine.

How Do I Know Peptides are For Me?
Does insurance cover the cost of hormone replacement therapy?
Insurance coverage for hormone replacement therapy can vary depending on the individual’s insurance plan and specific circumstances. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to determine if HRT is covered under your plan. We also recommend that you call and check with Amazing Meds staff about our acceptance of your specific insurance coverage.
Why topical treatment vs. injections?
We believe in giving our patients maximum benefits while simultaneously minimizing overall risk. Therefore, some medications are more effectively and safely absorbed into the skin topically vs. entering the body via capsules or injections.
What exactly is hormone optimization and why is it important?
Hormone optimization involves balancing hormone levels in the body to improve overall health and well-being. Hormones play a crucial role in various bodily functions, including but not limited to metabolism, mood, energy levels, and sexual function. Is there a limit to how long I can stay on TRT once I start?
There is no limit to how long you can stay on hormone treatments if you are happy with the results. One main purpose of the 8-week follow up with our medical staff is to make sure the prescribed treatments are working well for patients. Our medical staff is always here to continue to follow up and adjust the treatment plan to best meet the patients’ needs long-term.
Can I pay monthly for a TRT treatment plan?
Yes. We do offer monthly installments plans for your treatments.
How do I know if I’m a good candidate for testosterone replacement therapy?
You may be a good candidate for TRT if you are experiencing common symptoms related to low testosterone and hormone imbalance such as fatigue, hair loss, low libido, unusual weight fluctuation, joint pain, skin irritations, sudden mood changes, spike in anxiety and/or depression, and sleep disturbances among others. Our providers will take note of all symptoms, evaluate medical history, run labs, go over the results with you, determine proper treatment, and follow up on results.

What makes your medications different from birth control or something my gynecologist would prescribe me?
The hormones we provide are bioidentical; this means they are much safer for long-term use. Bioidentical hormones have a high compatibility rate, meaning they act nearly identical to the hormones your body would naturally produce. This high compatibility rate is ideal for hormones because it means your body is more likely to fully utilize the hormones, resulting in optimization of your overall health.
Can I pay monthly for an HRT treatment plan?
Yes. We do offer monthly installments plans for your treatments.
