Refund Policy

At Amazing Meds, we strive to provide the highest quality clinical care. Because our services involve personalized medical evaluations and custom-compounded medications, we adhere to the following policy:

Medical Consultations & Evaluation Fees

  • Non-Refundable: Consultation and evaluation fees are non-refundable once the medical service has been rendered by our provider. These fees cover the professional time and clinical expertise of our licensed healthcare team.

  • Provider Determination: If, after a full medical evaluation, our provider determines that a specific treatment is not medically appropriate for you based on your health history or lab results, you will not be charged for the medication. If medication charges were pre-collected, they will be fully refunded.

Prescription Medications

  • Pharmacy Regulations: Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed and shipped by the pharmacy.

  • Shipping & Delays: Amazing Meds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (FedEx/UPS) or pharmacy processing times. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is final.

  • Patient Responsibility: No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or failure to pick up medications from a local facility.

Dissatisfaction & Results

Medical treatments are personalized and results vary. We do not offer refunds based on personal dissatisfaction with dosing or the speed of clinical results.
