Refund Policy

We Do Not Offer Refunds In the Following Situations:

  1. Missed Delivery or Failure to Pick Up:
    • If your medication is returned due to a missed delivery, incorrect address, or failure to pick up from FedEx/UPS/local facility, no refund will be issued.
  2. Change of Mind or Financial Reasons:
    • We do not issue refunds if you decide you can no longer afford treatment or simply change your mind after placing an order.
  3. Treatment Denied or Discontinued for Medical Reasons:
    • If our provider determines that a treatment is not safe or appropriate based on your health history, labs, or questionnaire, your order will not proceed. This is why full transparency with your medical history is essential.
    • If you choose to discontinue treatment based on another provider’s advice, or because you want to take a different health route, no refund will be issued. Our providers act in your best interest based on the medical information you provide.
  4. Shipping or Pharmacy Delays:
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or compounding pharmacies. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund due to transit times.
  5. Dissatisfaction with Dosing or Results:
    • Our providers prescribe based on medical guidelines, symptoms, and labs. Requests for refunds due to personal dissatisfaction with dosing or delayed results are not eligible. These therapies are personalized and can take time to show full benefit.
  6. Improper Use or Storage of Medications:
    • Refunds will not be given if medications are used incorrectly, not stored properly, or if instructions are not followed.
  7. Pharmacy Substitutions:
    • Occasionally, pharmacies may provide an equivalent formulation or alternative brand. These substitutions are medically appropriate and not grounds for a refund.
